RETURNS:
To return or exchange an item, contact us using the chat button on the bottom of the website page within 7 days of receiving the product and ship it back within 14 business days.
For returns, if you got free shipping, when the return is received you will get a refund of the cost of the product minus the cost we paid for shipping.
For exchanges, we will ship the exchange to you for free one time.
